30” Channel Line Re-coat Project
First Call Field Service completed a 3000’ re-coat project for Enterprise Products Company near Corpus Christi, Texas. The scope of work included excavation of a 30” pipeline, removal of existing coating material, sandblasting of the pipeline for corrosion testing, spray application of new “Specialty Polymer 2888” epoxy coating and back-fill of the pipeline.
12” Chaparral Line Lowering
First Call Field Service completed the lowering of approximately 500’ of the 12” Chaparral Pipeline near Troy, Texas. The project consisted of excavation of the pipeline to allow for lowering the pipeline approximately five feet to attain clearance for widening of the existing I-35 Interstate Highway. Once the lowering was completed, the pipeline was sandblasted and new epoxy coating was applied and the pipeline was back-filled.
Coupland Station Muffler Installation
First Call Field Service completed the installation of new exhaust mufflers for Enterprise Products Company near Coupland, Texas. The scope of work consisted of removal of old compressor motor mufflers and installation of new mufflers to suppress noise levels of the motor exhaust. A total twenty-two mufflers were replaced at five locations in the central Texas area.
Creek Crossing – Loop 336 South
First Call Field Service constructed a crossing on a tributary of Alligator Creek for Enterprise Products Company near Conroe, Texas. The crossing enabled access to the client’s ROW for construction of the Texas Express Pipeline. The scope of work consisted of installation of concrete roadway and slope protection.
Hwy. 3 Station
First Call Field Service constructed a new detention upgrade system at the Highway 3 Station for Enterprise Products Company near Houston, Texas. The project included the construction of a new detention pond to meet new requirements of the Harris County Flood Control District. Construction included a concrete retaining wall and installation of HDPE storm water storage under the existing parking area to meet the volume capacity requirements.
First Call Field Service constructed a new metering facility for Marlin Midstream near Carthage, Texas. The scope of work included the fabrication and installation of two meter runs and all appurtenances. Also included were all excavation and back-fill, civil construction of supports and hot tapping of the 36” main line for an interconnect to allow for the client to receive natural gas to power a new facility.
First Call Field Service was contracted by Enterprise Products Company to install a new emergency flare at the Jones Creek Facility near Freeport, Texas. The scope included construction of the foundation for the flare as well as the final connections of piping to facilitate its use. First Call Field Service also coordinated the crane and lifting activities to receive and place the flare in the foundation.
Pioneer - Yorktown
First Call Field Service constructed a new 16” pipeline for EFS Midstream near Yorktown, Texas. The project was approximately four miles in length and included several directional drills to terminate at a new compression facility.
First Call Field Service was contracted by El Paso Energy Corporation to help with the logistics of a major pipeline project near Cypress, Texas. The scope of work included receiving all piping materials for the project and hauling of the appropriate materials to locations designated throughout project construction. First Call Field Service supplied machinery for lifting and provided fabrication services as requested.
